Boho Hawaii Elopement

WOWOW. This boho Hawaii elopement was an absolute dream! Perfect couple, perfect location, just all around perfect day with so so much love. Anna and Luan are not only the cutest freaking couple ever but they are also so sweet and goofy and have the best kind of relationship! One minute they’d be sharing a romantic, intimate kiss and the next they’d be doing something silly and making each other laugh. They were seriously a blast to photograph!

And then there’s Anna’s dress that I of course have to talk about. LIKE. HOLY CRAP. WHAT. A. DRESS. If you’re looking for the boho dress of your dreams Rue De Seine Bridal should 100% be your first stop!

Anddd your next stop should be Waimea Canyon because after seeing these photos you might just want to have your own elopement here too! Who wouldn’t want to say their vows in front of these epic canyon views?!

UPDATE: since the day of this shoot, I’ve learned that Waimea Canyon is considered a sacred area by the Hawaiian locals and having a wedding here is disrespectful. In order to be pono and respect the culture and people of Hawaii, I no longer photograph ceremonies at Waimea Canyon. If you are interested in taking photos here after your ceremony or doing a couples session of another type, I’m happy to talk with you about which areas are legal and accessible for photography permits.
