Photographing an elopement in Iceland has always been a dream of mine so I can’t tell you how stoked I am to finally be sharing these photos! This whole country is just pure magic and I’ve never been so inspired! Jewells and Gunnar are a local couple who live in Iceland (how freaking awesome is their home?!) and we shared an adventure-filled day together capturing the two of them in some of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen - the famous Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach and a dreamy waterfall hiding in a secluded canyon. I honestly wish I could have followed them around the whole island and took photos of them for days because 1. we’d never run out of epic locations and 2. they are just SO stinking cute and fun. We chatted all day about how they met, their favorite things about Iceland, and life in general. Every time I think about this experience, I want to relive it over and over again! So thankful for this opportunity and to have a job like mine that brings me to the coolest places in the world and allows me to work with the best people!
