Engagement Session at Red Rock Canyon State Park
I had the best time exploring Red Rock Canyon State Park with Becca and Meghan and I’m SO excited to finally share their engagement photos here! These two got engaged over a year ago and I had the honor of doing their first official photoshoot together. Becca and I have been following each other on Instagram for awhile now, so after meeting up it seriously felt like hanging out with friends more than work. These two have such a sweet relationship and I think it really shines through in these photos. I love these so much!!
The next photos were taken right at the end of our shoot and they turned out to be some of my favorites. I had Becca and Meghan spin around and run together while I played with a slower shutter speed on my camera to get some motion blur. I love the emotion and feeling these give off and the softness of the desert colors in the twilight makes them seem even more dreamy. I’m so thankful for couples who let me get a little creative and try new things during shoots, even if the end result isn’t “perfect”.
This is the Red Rock Canyon State Park located in Southern California (not Nevada) and it’s one of my favorite desert locations!
