This Red Rock Canyon elopement will forever be a favorite of mine - for many reasons. Firstly, none of these photos would be quite as amazing without the cutie couple featured in them. Wendy and Johnny met in elementary school and reunited later in their adult life, started dating, anddd now they’re married!!
I freaking LOVE Joshua Tree National Park and it makes me so happy any time I get to shoot there. This sunrise bridal session was no exception! I shoot at sunrise pretty often but this was the first time seeing Joshua Tree in the morning golden hour and I am OBSESSED.
I’ve been dreamingggg of visiting Yosemite National Park FOREVER and getting to shoot a sunrise engagement session at Glacier Point made my first time here unforgettable! It had been rainy and gloomy during the week so we were constantly checking the weather on the days leading up to this morning praying for sunshine. And SUNSHINE we got!!
Normally I’m out in nature when I’m shooting but this engagement session in Downtown Los Angeles has totally given me a new love for urban vibes! Haley and Tim met in 6th grade, started dating in high school, and have been together for over 8 years - how cool!?
WOOO!! I’m so excited to finally share all of the photos from this dreamy Malibu engagement session at El Matador Beach! Lauren and Josh woke up for sunrise to shoot here with me before their flight home to New York and I’m so glad they were down for the early wake up call because we had the BEST sunrise everrrrrr. 😍
Couples photoshoot in Joshua Tree National Park by Carrie Rogers Photography - Joshua Tree wedding and elopement photographer. // I loved hanging out with this stylish duo and photographing them in one of their favorite places!
Katie and Robby are high school sweethearts who LOVE the city they were both born and raised in. For their Los Angeles engagement session we took photos at Echo Park Lake, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Chinatown, Elysian Park, and their favorite taco place, Carnitas Michoacan.
This last minute bridal session ended up being one of my favorite shoots ever and made me want to do bridals forever and ever. If you don’t know what bridals are or why you should book them, check out this blog!
Matt proposed to Eryn at the top of Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park last summer (as Eryn put it in her first email to me, “he definitely made me work for that one!!” hahaha) so doing their engagement session here seemed like the perfectttt idea!

I had so much fun hanging out in the green hills of Thomas F. Riley Park with Allie and JT for their engagement session! Even though these photos were taken in January, they remind me of warm summer days.
